Digitrol provided the HVAC and Building Automation Systems for Atrium Health’s 32,000 Sq Ft Medical Office Building located in Rea Village on Providence Road in Charlotte NC. Built by The Beck Group in 2021, it is a two story building with medical office spaces, an ambulatory surgery component, diagnostic imaging, and an urgent care clinic. It also has additional shell space for future expansion. The HVAC system includes (2) 40 Ton Trane Intellipak Roof Top Units, (38) Variable Air Volume Terminal Boxes with Electric Reheat, and a Trane Building Automation System with Wireless Controls.
